Ambassador of the Year 2024

“I am very proud of that!” Just a few years ago, Georges Michel was inducted into the "International Martial Arts Hall of Fame" and named Grand Master of his sport of Judo. Now the CSIT Vice President and Sports Director has received another great honor. In mid-April, the International Martial Arts Hall of Fame seminar was held in Asperen (NL), where Georges was named "Ambassador of the Year 2024".

Friday evening was a common dinner with all the Masters and Grand Masters. Saturday was an all-day Seminar with clinics given by the many present Masters and Grand Masters. And, of course, one also for Judo given by Georges. All in all there were about 50 Masters and Grand Masters present and more than 200 participants in the various clinics. As part of the gala dinner, there were several awards for those present, with Georges Michel being presented with the "Ambassador of the Year 2024" certificate.
