Seven-stage preparation plan for Loutraki

During the CSIT ExCom meeting in Liège last weekend, the organizers of the Games presented the status quo of their seven-stage plan on the way to the WSG and gave an overview of the current preparations. The sports program with the 20 venues and 30 sports facilities is already in place. The WSG in Loutraki will take place within a very manageable radius of around 20 kilometers, which means little transfer time. Currently, 27 partner hotels with around 2800 beds are already under contract. Just as many more are being planned. The first bookings will be possible from July 1, 2024. The deadline is the end of January 2025. After that, the first-come first-serve principle will apply. The marketing plan has also already been presented. Implementation will begin soon.
