eYOUAca Project: it is a wrap!

As April comes to a close, we finish up eYOUAca, our two-year EU co-funded project dedicated to building an innovative e-learning academy for managing grassroots sports events. Our focus was on empowering 75 young adults aged 18 to 30. With the expertise of a team of young leaders who had previously undergone training in projects like YOUAca, YOUAca 2.0., and YOULead, we developed seven online training modules and an internship program aimed at imparting fundamental knowledge and practical skills.

The culmination of our efforts was marked by a final conference held in Liege during a CSIT Executive Committee meeting, which was attended by CSIT executives and external experts. During this event, project partners shared the key achievements and outcomes, while also providing a platform for student representatives from each participating country to share their firsthand experiences and feedback.

eYOUAca in hard numbers:

• 9 Partners
• 7 e-learning modules
• 5 internship opportunities spanning across 5 countries
• A total of 48 hours dedicated to training and another 48 hours for the internship component
• 60 students certified upon completion
• 5 Transnational Partner meetings
• 1 Final Conference

Looking ahead, we are actively exploring avenues to sustain the project's momentum. During our recent partner meeting, we engaged in discussions aimed at brainstorming ideas for further improving the program and its platform. Stay tuned for updates on the next edition of eYOUAca!
