Mixed Martial Arts at the CSIT World Sports Games

MMA Championships will organized as CSIT Partner Championships during the CSIT WSG

Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport based on striking, grappling, and ground fighting, incorporating techniques from various combat sports from around the world.

Mixed Martial Arts which is Known as MMA started officially under WOF as a ring fighting style in 2005, but the World Federation of Known MMA (World MMA) officially set up as an independent organization during the 6th WOF World Championships & General Assembly in Antalya –Turkey on April 2011.

The World MMA members decided to rebrand their organization after ten years on September 2020 and finally registered their new name with the International Mixed Martial Arts Confederation (IMMAC) in 2021.

The Board of Directors also approved the new logo of the World MMA / International MMA Confederation (IMMAC) at the IMMAC General Assembly on August 28, 2022, in Muscat of Oman, and the members of the Confederation are obliged to use the following new logo.
