ICSBF ExCom Meeting

After several online meetings, finally the first face-to-face meeting

At the start of the CSIT Catch'n Serve Ball Singles Championships in Rovinj, the long-planned first face-to-face meeting of the ExCom members took place on Thursday after several online meetings. In her opening speech, President Elisabeth Speiser-Havel explained that this meeting must set the course for the future, as it is also a preparation for the General Assembly.

The results of numerous working groups were presented and discussed. How difficult it is to set membership fees, as well as opening up to possible future target groups and the associated changes to the rules and statutes. Catch'n Serve Ball Sports Federation India was accepted as a new full member. Indian Sports was granted associate member status.

Everyone agrees that Catch'n Serve is in development and that there is therefore an opportunity to try out many things. It was very pleasing to note that the group is very harmonious despite the many different ideas! However, there is still a lot of work to be done, but first everyone can enjoy the practical results. Namely the Catch'n Serve Ball Championships. And all this in the beautiful landscape of Rovinj in Croatia.

Thanks to Milan Čupić and Dario Jagić from HLA for the great organization of the games.
