eYOUAca meets in Tallinn
E-Learning Platform Pilot. One of the major highlights of the meeting was the optimization of the eYOUAca platform to enhance the user experience as well as the final rehearsal of all the functions the platform can offer for teachers and students. All partners, including CSIT, AiCS (Italy), Health Life Academy (Croatia), KALEV (Estonia), TUL (Finland), UCEC (Spain), Carlo Collodi Foundation, had to produce at least one lesson from their assigned module for the pilot test of the platform. On Monday, the 8th of May they dedicated the whole day to discuss and give feedback to features of the platform, lessons and learning checks to make sure that they fulfill the main aims of the learning curriculum and modules. Using the eYOUAca e-learning platform, the future young leaders in sports management can therefore enjoy a comprehensive and immersive education experience that knows no geographical boundaries.
Internship activities. Another important topic of discussion during the meeting was the internship activities and the involvement of students in these activities in the most beneficial way. The eYOUAca program aims to provide students aspiring to become sports managers with practical experiences. By giving students valuable opportunities to apply their knowledge and skills in real-world settings, eYOUAca empowers them and enriches their learning journey. All of the national partners had a floor to present their concepts of the internships and got valuable feedback from the entire working group.
Feedback & Certification. Two project partners EPSI and ETSIA Eurethics presented tools and means to give feedback to the e-learning platform, as well as shared the structure and procedures of certification after successful completion of the course.
Aside of working. But it wasn't all work and no play! KALEV, the host of the meeting, prepared an extensive cultural program for the partners, ensuring that they got a taste of the vibrant Estonian capital city. From exploring its rich history to experiencing its mesmerizing spotlights, all got a chance to truly get immersed in Tallinn's unique charm.
The meeting in Tallinn featured the last preparations before the big launch of the platform in the end of May, as well as marked the last in-person meeting of all the project partners before the final conference in Vienna in 2024. Now, the project partners are good to go to proceed with their national multiplier events, internships, as well as to welcome the newly recruited 75 future new leaders.
