CSIT at Olympic and Paralympic Games in Milano and Cortina

International sporting events are increasingly becoming major spectacles featuring numerous side events and are no longer limited to sport alone. In order to raise the CSIT World Sports Games to an even higher level, the CSIT leadership regularly seeks advice from the major players and endeavors to incorporate ongoing developments into the CSIT. This was also the case at the recent Olympic and Paralympic Games in Milan and Cortina. Both are role models and great examples for everyone on the international stage. CSIT President Bruno Molea was at the Olympic Games in Milan, whilst Vice-President Thomas Zacharias and Secretary General Wolfgang Burghardt attended the Paralympic Games in Cortina. Their new ideas, approaches and insights will be incorporated into many aspects of the CSIT World Sports Games, taking the Games themselves a step further forward. Congratulations to the IOC and IPC!
